1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using yuko ("the Service"), including our Discord bot and website at yuko.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements (13 years or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

yuko is a Discord bot providing moderation tools, server management, leveling systems, economy features, and related utilities. A web dashboard is provided for server configuration management. The Service includes both free and paid features.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of yuko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without express permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

5. Premium Services

yuko offers premium features through monthly subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. Upon payment, you receive a license to access premium features as described at the time of purchase.

License Restrictions: Premium licenses are personal, non-transferable, and bound to your Discord account. You may not sell, share, or transfer your premium access to any other party.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through our dashboard or payment provider.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds for services that have been substantially used.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to all yuko services.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including Discord platform outages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

8. User Content and Conduct

Server administrators are solely responsible for the configuration and use of yuko within their servers. We are not responsible for user-generated content or administrator actions within Discord servers.

Any content you create, submit, or display through the Service remains your responsibility. We do not endorse or assume liability for user content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or conduct harmful to other users or yuko.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and ceasing use of our website.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yuko and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yuko and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
