What is yuko?

yuko is a Discord bot that provides moderation tools, server management, leveling systems, economy features, and various utilities. It comes with a dashboard for easy server configuration.

Is yuko free to use?

Yes, yuko's core features are completely free. We also offer premium tiers with additional features through monthly subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases.

How do I add yuko to my server?

Click the 'Add to Discord' button on our homepage. You'll need the 'Manage Server' permission on the server you want to add yuko to.

What's the default prefix?

The default prefix is ; (semicolon). Server administrators can change this through the dashboard or by using the prefix command.

How does the leveling system work?

Users earn XP by sending messages in your server. XP is awarded with a cooldown to prevent spam. As users accumulate XP, they level up. Server admins can configure level-up announcements and role rewards.

Is my economy data shared across servers?

No, economy and leveling data is stored per server. Your balance and level in one server won't affect another. However, your progress is saved even if you leave a server.

How do I get support?

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us through our support server with your purchase details.

How do I delete my data?

You can request data deletion through our support server. Server administrators can also remove yuko from their server to stop future data collection for that server.
